Your first 15 minutes

Here’s the shortest route to sending your first email with confidence. DearReach walks you through most of this the first time you sign in.

1. Create your account

Sign up at app.dearreach.com. A workspace is created for you automatically.

2. Verify your sending domain

To send from your own address (and land in inboxes), you verify a domain you own by adding a few DNS records. See Verify your domain. This is the single most important step for deliverability.

3. Add a sender and your postal address

Add the name and address people will see in the “From” line, and the postal address that anti-spam law requires in every email footer. See Add a sender.

4. Add someone you can email

Add at least one person you have permission to email, or import your list.

5. Write, preview, and send a test

Open the writing room, write like it’s a personal note, then use Preview and Send test to see exactly what your reader receives. See Write and send.

6. Send

When the checks pass, send now or schedule for later. That’s it.

Take your time with steps 2 and 3. Good setup is what keeps you out of spam.
