Your audience
Import your subscribers
Bring your existing list into DearReach with a CSV, mapping your columns to fields.
You can bring your whole audience into DearReach. There’s no charge for storing contacts, only for the emails you send.
Import a CSV
- Go to Audience → import.
- Upload a CSV file (up to 50,000 rows, 20 MB).
- Map your columns. Tell DearReach which column holds the email address, which holds the name, and where any custom fields live.
- Confirm that you have permission to email everyone on the list, then start the import.
Large imports run in the background, so you can keep working while they process. You’ll see the results (added, updated, skipped, suppressed) when it finishes.
Custom fields
If your list has extra columns like company, city, or plan, define matching fields in Audience → fields first, then map them during import. You can use these to personalise emails and to build segments.
What gets skipped
- Anyone already suppressed (people who previously unsubscribed or complained) is skipped automatically. DearReach never re-emails them.
- Invalid or duplicate rows are reported so you can review them.
A word on permission
Only import lists you have permission to email. Never upload purchased, scraped, or rented lists. Doing so damages your deliverability and breaks our Terms. See Permission and suppression.
